• Oversee all production activities, including manufacturing, construction, and steel fabrication.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing and production management.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale manufacturing and steel fabrication projects.
• Strong background in process optimization and lean manufacturing principles.
• Certification in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or a related field is a plus.
• Experience with CNC machines, welding equipment, and other specialized tools.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
