📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Manage employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to comply with labor laws and company standards.
- Conduct performance appraisals and provide coaching and development opportunities for employees.
- Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Handle employee grievances and disputes, ensuring fair and timely resolutions.
- Monitor HR metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in human resources.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven experience in managing HR operations in a consulting or professional services environment.
- Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Familiarity with HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or Workday.
