📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Monitoring and maintaining product quality standards.
  • Conducting product testing and quality control.
  • Developing and implementing product improvement strategies.
  • Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to ensure product availability and customer satisfaction.
  • Providing technical support and training to sales and customer service teams.
  • Analyzing market trends and customer feedback to drive product innovation.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and distributors.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Aesthetic Science, Cosmetology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the beauty industry, preferably in product development or quality control.
  • Strong knowledge of beauty products, ingredients, and formulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with quality control standards and regulations.
  • Passionate about the beauty industry and committed to continuous learning and improvement.
