📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and digital advertising.
• Manage social media platforms, creating and scheduling engaging content.
• Assist in organizing and executing events, from planning to execution.
• Support the marketing team in creating and maintaining marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Assist in managing vendor relationships for events.
• Provide administrative support to the marketing team.
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas and solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing or event coordination (internships or part-time work count).
• Proficiency in using social media platforms and marketing tools like Hootsuite, Canva, and Eventbrite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with Bali's tourism industry and local culture is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
