📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for workspace and multi-user features.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet user needs and business goals.
  • Conduct market research and analyze user feedback to inform product decisions.
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, and other teams to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Measure product performance and iterate based on data-driven insights.
  • Represent the product team in stakeholder meetings and present progress updates.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in workspace and multi-user solutions.
  • Mentor and develop junior product managers within the team.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on workspace and multi-user solutions.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product development lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with data analysis tools and techniques.
