📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and analyze mining pit operations to ensure optimal efficiency and safety.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity and minimize environmental impact.
Utilize software such as AutoCAD, MineSight, and other specialized tools for data analysis and process improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and geologists, to drive operational excellence.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance mining processes.
Provide regular reports and updates to stakeholders on the status of mining operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in mining operations, with a focus on pit operations analysis.
Proficiency in using mining software such as AutoCAD, MineSight, and other relevant tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Knowledge of environmental regulations and safety standards.
Familiarity with mining operations in the Bangka Belitung region.
Ability to travel as required for site visits and meetings.
