Human Capital Manager & Compliance
PT Mitra Kasih Perkasa is a rapidly growing company in the manufacturing sector, and we are looking for a dynamic Human Capital Manager & Compliance to join our team in Semarang, Jawa Tengah. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. This is a full-time, on-site position offering a competitive salary of Rp 12,000,000 - Rp 18,000,000 per month.
As a Human Capital Manager & Compliance, you will play a crucial role in shaping our workforce and ensuring regulatory adherence. You will be responsible for managing employee relations, recruitment, and training, while also ensuring that our company complies with all relevant labor laws and regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage all HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback
- Manage employee benefits and compensation
- Handle employee grievances and disputes
- Coordinate with management to address HR issues
- Monitor and report on HR metrics and KPIs
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management and compliance
- Certification in HR management or a related field (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR)
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using HR management software (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday)
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian
