• Oversee and optimize daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with industry standards.
• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, clients, and industry associations.
• Analyze market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities for business growth.
• Implement and monitor operational processes using SAP ERP and other specialized logistics software.
• Lead and mentor a team of operational staff to ensure high performance and productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project initiatives and achieve organizational goals.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Stay updated with the latest industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational management and partnership development within the logistics industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing operational processes.
• Strong knowledge of SAP ERP and other logistics management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
