📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily operations at the tank depot, including inventory management, scheduling, and coordination with drivers and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
• Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Coordinate with transportation providers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
• Manage and maintain all depot equipment and facilities.
• Provide training and support to depot staff.
• Ensure all documentation and reporting is accurate and up-to-date.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics operations, preferably in a tank depot environment.
• Knowledge of logistics software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Experience with fleet management and transportation coordination.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
