📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the preparation, negotiation, and execution of corporate contracts, ensuring they comply with company policies and legal requirements.
• Provide strategic advice to the management team to mitigate legal risks and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Review and analyze legal documents to identify potential risks and opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external legal counsel to ensure smooth contract management processes.
• Stay updated on changes in legal regulations and industry standards relevant to the energy sector.
• Train and mentor junior legal staff to maintain high standards of legal compliance.
• Prepare and present regular reports on contract status, legal risks, and compliance issues to senior management.
• Ensure all contracts are properly documented and archived for future reference.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate law and contract management.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian corporate law and regulations.
• Proven experience in negotiating and drafting corporate contracts.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using legal software such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
