📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and recover outstanding debts through phone calls, emails, and in-person visits.
• Negotiate settlements and payment plans with debtors.
• Update and maintain accurate records in our debt collection software, including Salesforce and QuickBooks.
• Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with debtors.
• Analyze debt collection data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices in debt collection.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of debt collection strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in debt collection or a related field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
