📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our retail and consumer products.
- Manage key customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product development.
- Oversee the sales performance of our products and provide regular reports to the Commercial Manager.
- Collaborate with the product development team to innovate and improve our product offerings.
- Coordinate with the marketing department to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer engagement.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to make informed business decisions.
- Attend and participate in industry events and trade shows to network and build relationships.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the retail or consumer products industry.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
