📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Source and attract top IT talent for our clients in the education sector using various recruitment channels.
• Screen and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet the job requirements.
• Conduct initial interviews and technical assessments to shortlist candidates.
• Work closely with HR Consultants to understand their clients' needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
• Use recruitment software such as Jobvite, Greenhouse, or Bullhorn to streamline the process.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.
• Provide regular reports and updates to the recruitment team and management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in the education sector.
• Proven track record of successful recruitment and placement.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment software and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
