📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs
• Conduct market salary surveys and benchmarking exercises
• Design and implement performance-based compensation strategies
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
• Provide expert guidance and support to the HR team
• Analyze compensation data and provide insights to inform strategic decisions
• Collaborate with leadership to align compensation strategies with business goals
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in compensation and benefits

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 5-7 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in Indonesia
• Proficiency in using HR software such as Workday, BambooHR, or similar
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Certification in compensation and benefits (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar) is a plus
