📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily preventive maintenance schedules for printing machines
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on printing equipment
• Coordinate with the production team to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on machinery to prevent breakdowns
• Train and mentor junior mechanics on best practices and safety procedures
• Manage inventory of spare parts and tools to ensure availability when needed
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement improvements and upgrades
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a mechanic or foreman in the printing or manufacturing industry
• Proven track record of successfully leading maintenance teams
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems in printing machines
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools and software such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and machine diagnostic software
• Valid certification as a mechanic or foreman, preferably from a recognized institution
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
