📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates' fit for the role and company culture.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Maintain a strong employer brand and represent the company as a great place to work.,Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and improve recruitment efforts.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring.,Strong understanding of recruitment laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Familiarity with social media and online recruitment platforms.
