📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and executing daily menu plans.,Oversee the kitchen operations, including staff scheduling and inventory management.,Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.,Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.,Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a clean and organized workspace.,Participate in menu development and cost control initiatives.,Handle food waste and disposal in compliance with health and safety regulations.,Maintain accurate records of kitchen operations and food costs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of managing kitchen operations effectively.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisines.,Possession of a relevant culinary certificate or degree is a plus.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
