In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our chemical products and processes, as well as optimizing our production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs. You will work closely with our team of engineers and scientists to develop and implement new technologies and methodologies.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards for chemical products and processes,Conduct laboratory tests and analyses to ensure product quality and compliance with regulatory requirements,Monitor and optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs,Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce waste,Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new technologies and methodologies,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in chemical engineering and quality control,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and standards

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control and process optimization in the chemical industry,Strong understanding of quality control principles and methodologies,Proven track record of developing and implementing process improvement initiatives,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,Familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements and standards
