📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Manage and mentor a team of staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, and implement strategies to improve profitability.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Manage inventory and procurement, ensuring optimal stock levels and cost efficiency.
  • Participate in training and development programs for staff.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar establishment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
