In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we provide exceptional service to our customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage ordering.,Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and served according to the highest standards of quality and safety.,Maintain a clean and organized restaurant, including all kitchen and dining areas.,Train and develop staff to ensure that they are knowledgeable about our menu items, recipes, and service standards.,Monitor and maintain food and beverage costs to ensure that we are operating efficiently and profitably.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that our restaurant is in compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.,Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.,Work with the corporate office to ensure that our restaurant is meeting all performance standards and goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.,Experience in a fast-food or quick-service restaurant is a plus.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Knowledge of food and beverage safety and health regulations.,Ability to work well with a team and manage multiple tasks and priorities.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
