In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update the company's general ledger and accounts payable/receivable.,Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment to employees.,Monitor bank accounts and reconcile bank statements with the company's records.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws.,Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.,Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and variance analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in accounting or a related field.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
