📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist visitors and clients with a warm and professional manner.,Answer and direct phone calls and emails to the appropriate departments.,Check in and check out guests, and maintain accurate records.,Handle front desk transactions, including payments and invoicing.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area.,Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments.,Provide information about the company and its services.,Handle any emergency situations that may arise.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with office software and basic computer skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Friendly and professional demeanor.,Good time management and organizational skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
