📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure food quality and safety standards are met.,Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and menu specifications.,Manage inventory and ordering of food supplies.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement new menu items and recipes.,Conduct quality control checks to ensure consistency in food preparation.,Manage kitchen schedules and staff assignments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of culinary excellence and innovation.,Strong leadership and mentoring skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with kitchen management software and tools.,Valid food handler's certificate and any other relevant certifications.
