📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling and customer service.
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, portion control, and presentation.
  • Manage inventory and ordering to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Monitor and report on sales and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area to ensure a pleasant atmosphere for guests.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
