📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to staff, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues,Maintain and update IT systems and software,Monitor network performance and ensure security,Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software,Assist with data backup and recovery processes,Provide training and support to staff on IT-related issues,Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT-related services,Document IT processes and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software,Familiarity with network protocols and security measures,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in English is a plus,Knowledge of medical software and systems is a plus
