Identify and develop new investment opportunities in the private credit market,Conduct thorough due diligence on potential investments, including financial, legal, and operational assessments,Analyze and assess the risks and potential returns of various investment options,Prepare and present investment proposals to senior management and the investment committee,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential investors and counterparties,Monitor and report on the performance of existing investments, and identify opportunities for optimization,Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the private credit market, and identify emerging trends and opportunities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field,At least 5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or a related field,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders,A deep understanding of the private credit market, including the key players, trends, and opportunities,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint,Knowledge of investment banking and private equity software and tools is a plus
