Warung Sari Coffee is seeking a dedicated and experienced Sous Chef to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in preparing and cooking food, ensuring high-quality standards, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. This is a hybrid position, offering a balance between office and remote work.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking food according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and ordering of food supplies.,Train and mentor junior staff members.,Ensure food is prepared and served efficiently to meet customer demands.,Participate in menu planning and development.,Handle customer complaints and feedback related to food quality.,Assist in special events and promotions as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in the food service industry.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisines.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Valid food safety and hygiene certification.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
