In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and efficiently utilized. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work both in the office and remotely. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the maintenance and repair of company vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and ready for use.,Coordinate with mechanics and service providers to schedule and complete vehicle maintenance and repairs.,Monitor fuel consumption and manage fuel cards to ensure efficient and cost-effective usage.,Track vehicle usage and performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.,Manage vehicle insurance and registration, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and compliant.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure safe and efficient operation of vehicles.,Assist in the procurement of new vehicles, evaluating options and negotiating deals.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and generate reports as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage remote tasks effectively.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
