PT Cipta Terang is looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team in Purwakarta, Jawa Barat. As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our organization's human resource needs. This is an urgent position, so we are looking for someone who can start immediately. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Coordinate employee benefits and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.,Handle employee relations, including grievances and conflicts.,Support the HR team in administrative tasks and projects.,Conduct exit interviews and manage the offboarding process.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Familiarity with HR software and tools.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
