As a Fleet Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles. You'll ensure that our vehicles are well-maintained, and our drivers are safe and efficient.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles
  • Ensure that all vehicles are well-maintained and roadworthy
  • Oversee the safety and efficiency of drivers
  • Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs
  • Monitor fuel consumption and cost
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage and maintenance
  • Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures
  • Provide support to the operations team as needed

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a related role
  • Knowledge of fleet management software and systems
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Valid driver's license
  • Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations
