📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of talent acquisition strategies.,Conduct job analysis and create job descriptions and specifications.,Source and attract top talent through various recruitment channels.,Screen and evaluate job applicants to ensure they meet the company's requirements.,Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and provide feedback.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures.,Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
