📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking food according to recipes and standards.,Manage and supervise line cooks to ensure efficient food preparation and cooking processes.,Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Manage inventory and ensure timely restocking of ingredients.,Train and develop new line cooks to maintain high standards of performance.,Handle customer complaints and issues related to food quality and service.,Participate in kitchen meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of kitchen operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Proven track record of working in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with various cooking techniques and ingredients.,Ability to multitask and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Valid food handler's certificate or willingness to obtain one.
