📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations,Manage store staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets,Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively,Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely deliveries,Maintain a clean and organized store environment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field,Strong leadership and communication skills,Knowledge of retail software and systems,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Fluency in Indonesian language,Experience in managing a team and driving sales performance,Understanding of industry trends and best practices in retail
