📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Provide expert consulting services to clients, addressing their needs and challenges.,Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.,Train and mentor junior sales consultants to ensure high performance.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.,Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay updated on market trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and consulting.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of the market and industry trends.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.,Knowledge of Indonesian market and business practices is a plus.
